The Nitto Tyres Australia Standard Conditions of Sale (Sales Conditions) form part of every sale by Nitto Tyres Australia of a product imported for distribution into the Australian market by Nitto Tyres Australia.

This policy applies to all tyres bearing the Nitto Tires brand and serial number that are imported and distributed by Nitto Tyres Australia, and sold by Nitto Tyres Australia’s authorised resellers in Australia.
